Every product is individually made and hand painted to order. This means each item is made especially for you before it is dispatched.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be made, hand painted, quality checked and carefully packaged before dispatch. (larger orders such as armour sets and helmets expect 1-3 weeks)

During busy periods or seasonal promotions, processing times may occasionally be longer. If this happens, we'll always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is typically 1-3 business days, depending on the Royal Mail service selected.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order's progress.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional postage costs caused by incorrect address information.
